I am a debt counsellor for Mr DG Jansen and all that I require for the court application is the original contract interest % on his 3 absa accounts.

I contacted the debt review info centre on the 18/02/2013 and spoke to sipho hlatshwayo and he was fairly helpful and email me the statements. Unfortunately this statements was in a format i cannot open .dat and i requested another format, Sipho mailed me and said his systems is off now and he will email it the next day. I requested it the next day but till today i have never heared from him again.
I called the info centre again and this time spoke to Mpumi. She said that this statements is not available immediately and she cannot understand how Sipho could send them immediately but she have to request them. She requested them and gave me the REF NO 7823867
Till today i have not had an feedback
This is frustrating and feel a bit as if absa is deliberately withholding info to halt the legal precess.
