Was to to get me registered

Went to Randfontein Village Square Absa on 6/11/2012 to increase my daily withdrawal and internet banking limits. I was assisted by a man, who asked me if I had heard about your Absa Rewards, to which my answer was no. He told me that it is a free programme that earns you cash every-time you swipe or use your Absa card. I asked him are there any joining or cancellation fees as well as monthly charges to this question he answered, "No."
I no longer receive my bank statement via mail, but e-mailed as I'm trying to keep bank costs down. I only just got access to my statements today as the statements aren't viewable on my phone. I found that I'm being billed R21 from November for this service. Absa's T's & C's state that I was to receive a copy of this contract so to read through it and decide for myself if I was indeed interested in this rewards, I wasn't given this document and if it is a case that such a contract was entered into it was done so as the only documents I recall signing were that of the limit increases.
I want them to look into this and I want a full refund of my monies. Absa should prevent this from happening to other customers.
