I have been trying to call the FNB call centre for almost 4 hours now, their line keeps on telling me the same thing, that they are experiencing high call volume, I left a message for them to call me back and Im still waiting.
I called general enquiries and the guy on the other end put the call down on me after I started being persistent.
All I want is a bond settlement figure.
How do you except clients no to start being rude when they are being given like this.
I guess FNB thinks they keep our money for free and give us loans that do not charge interest.
