On the 08 of Jan I settled my loan account with loan providers and called them and requested a fax number where I could fax the proof of payment, I then faxed and emailed it to them to my supprise I havd to call again and ask them if they received the slip and a lady at reception said yes but no one answered my email, the shocking part is when I get to the bank and they have debited my account on the 15th even after I have payed of my account, I then called about 5 times trying to find out who I can speak to about the payment that was debited, again lady at reception kept on saying we will get back to you and again no one did even after my countless calls I made, I then call today to find out why my money has not been payed, till now no one has given me feedback the worse part is this money was suppopse to go towrad my daughters uniform and stationery, I really mad and think if this was a white person they would be sorted by now, just because I have a blacks name and sutname my matter was not taken serious, hope they know that word of grapevine works and I will make sure that the world know about this, depriving my child from going to school, most horrible experince in my entire lif
