Taking money from my account

I applied online for a loan, nothing happened and i find this morning that my account has been debited for R399.
I find this absolutely shocking and appaling that this is the way they are making their money by from the poor.
Loan Tracer should be brought to book and closed down. How dare you take money from so called clients looking to take a loan, we come to you for a loan because we need money, and you take it fromus? Shocking to say the least.
