They say they can't help me!

Good day

I have a problem. Just like any payday I received an sms from standardbank confirming that there are funds paid into my account for my salary. When I log on to my internet banking to check the funds there was nothing on the account. I then went to the bank to enquire about it and they told me that there is no money in the account and that this sms could be for last months when i got my bonus. I told them according to my employer the amount reflecting on my sms is the amount I am getting this month. Then the consultant told be that She cant help as there is no money in my account.

The sms reads: (standard bank: R6807.62 paid to acc. 3322 from
SAPOLISIE 90 PAY716216950001. acc bal R-108.95 2013-04-30 query?
0860123107)

Its pay day I have to transfere money for my Children and I have to pay bills. I also have to pay my rent. But it seems my money has dessapeared in standardbank's account. If my employer did not pay them where is the sms coming from with their reference number.

I need help so that I can pay my bills. No one is whiling to help at the bank.
