I applied for a further loan ref no 4407313 on my current home loan for 250 000 and it was approved for 100 000. whithout calling me and saying for what amount it was approved. When asked why, it was told my property was valued at first for 1 400 000.00 and now it is 1 300 000.00 and I can only recieved 90% yet my first bond of 1 070 000.00 was 100%. It really does not make sense as I was told only first time home buyers get 104% and yet I was given a second bond and it was 100%.
