Since the "upgrading" on a Sunday 2 - 3 weeks ago, I was unable to do one time transfers. Your call centre had lots of advice, even having Vodacom check my sellphone. No fault was found. Every time that I withdraw money via the ATM, I receive a sms, but when I enter my cheque account via the internet, NO SMS. So, I cannot receive an OPT password. Me Isa Schoeman, one of the most willing and effecient employees, tried her best to rectify the problem, but the system beats us every time. Now I AM UNABLE TO ENTER MY ACCOUNTS ELECTRONICALLY!!! I AM COMPLETELY CUT OFF!!! It is the end of the month and I have to pay my bills... HOW???
