My cheque account was attacked by a in October, i struggled to get through to the call centre to report it immediately when the transaction where going of on my phone, once i did get through to a consultant they stopped my card and opened a case, i was informed the SLA would be 10 working days to resolve the matter. i since phone twice and was promised someone would call me back, this did not happen. we are now near december, thos transaction are incurring interest and when i called in i was put on hold and then the consultant dropped the line.
What do i pay a monthly service fee for? the bank has a duty to uphold their part of the terms and condition which includes protecting my money.
i will take this to the ombudman as i want my service fees refunded as standard bank is breaching contract.
