STANDARD BANK STEALS MY MONEY

YET ANOTHER COMPLAINT ABOUT STANDARD BANK (THE SAME ONE!!). FIRSTLY STANDARD BANK DOES NOT REPLY - THEY SEND OUT A AUTOMATED NOTE AND NO-ONE EVER FOLLOWS UP OR CARES!

MONEY WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT ON 26/03/13 AND TO DATE HAS STILL NOT BEEN REFUNDED AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS, BANK VISITS AND COMPLAINTS.

I AM NOW DEALING WITH A MANAGER AT CONSTANTIA BRANCH AND EVEN HE HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET THE TRANSACTION REVERSED.
I AM CANCELLING ALL MY ACCOUNTS (23 YEARS CUSTOMER) WITH STANDARD BANK - ANYTHING BUT STANDARD. THERE CAN BE NO WORSE BANK IN SOUTH AFRICA - YOU DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS AND THINK YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO TAKE MONEY BELONGING TO A CUSTOMER AND NOT REFUNDING IT -!!!
I CANCELLED MY BLUE BEAN CREDIT CARD MONTHS AGO BECAUSE OF THE SHOCKING SERVICE - GUESS WHAT - I AM STILL GETTING STATEMENTS AND CALLS FOR THEIR PROMOTIONS.

YOU DISGUST ME WITH YOUR SERVICE DELIVERY (WHAT A JOKE EVEN TO MENTION THE WORD SERVICE AND STANDARD BANK IN THE SAME SENTENCE).
IS IT BECAUSE STANDARD BANK CANNOT AFFORD TO GIVE BACK THE MONEY FROM CLIENTS? MY ADVICE TO ALL STANDARD BANK CUSTOMERS - GET THE OUT OF THERE BEFORE YOU BECOME A VICTIM TOO!
