I called the call centre as i opened a new investment account and the gentleman instead of dating my first stop order for may dated it for april and on a date which i did not choose thus makin me short for debit orders as i have been to the bank to reverse but they also have a problem and said i have to come back friday on calling this number the day before all what Zak told me was not communicated to me the day before instead he has an attitude with me who is a client which i did not appreciate
