SHOCKING POOR SERVICE

I opened the Platinum cheque account in Feb.2013. I requested that all my debit orders be moved from my savings acc. to the Platinum acc. Later in the month I discover that it was not possible to change my bank details with my employer. I went back to the bank (midrand) to request them to reverse the transaction until I sort things out with my employer. In Feb I had to start paying my bond, knowing fully well that I had made arrangements with the lawyers that the debit order must be on the 26th of every month. It took 3 months to get this resolved. I was subjected to calls monthly to told that my account was in arrears. End of April I received an sms this time Informing that my overdraft account was owing. Bear in mind I do not have an overdraft. I called the call centre, was told that I need to go to the branch. I later received sms 's with rejected debit orders. I was confused since I had made the bank aware that I did not want to have such problems but now I was putthrough this. Last friday 3 May I went to the bank to try and find out the rationale.i was told tht the consultant should have told me tht i had to sort my debit orders because the bank is unable to help i have unpaid orders!!
