My Claim is being pending for more than a month

As i had involve in a accident, i then reported to my insurance to repair my car, they asked me to send the car for assessment/inspection an before that they told me to prepare a R3000 access, when they inspected car they called me an tell that they done with my claim but i must bring R18000 access then i told them that when i join the insurance they told me that my access will be 10% of the damage. Now i have been calling asking them to check why my access has suddenly changed
