I applied for a student loan and we were called to sign on the 18 april, today my student loan is still not paid, we were called to the bank more than 5 times because of Lesedi's mistakes, eventually the loan waas finalised however she told us that she will have to pay all the monies to the varcity, I explained to her that I needed the difference to be paid to my account so that I can buy technology needed for my studies, but she said I must provide her with proof from varcity that I need those materials, until my mom showed her a clause on the contract indicating that I can request that this money be transfered to third party, then she agreed to open a student achiever account, and told me the money will be available in next day, I went to the same branch the following day but a teller told me there was no money in the account, as if this was not enough, lesedi called us again to the bank only to tell us that she traansfered the money to varcity but made yet another mistake by forgeting to put my student number or reference. I am very frustatrated, the varcity can't trace the payment. Lesedi must take ownership and transfer the funds back into my account, I will then pay the varcit
