Incompetent - Debit orde

I went into FNB Horizon to reverse 2 debit orders, the guy helped me to reverse them and told me it will take 24 hours, i woke up the next day expecting my money to be in my account, but as i suspected the guy did not know what he was doing and the 2 amounts was not reversed, i needed the money to pay my rent, i went in fist thing the next morning 30/04/2013 and the same guy told me no he cant reverse it anymore, but then i told him but yesterday you still took the R140 to reverse the 2 amounts what is going on now, he could not give me an strait answer, i asked to speak to the bank manager but said i cant!!! i mean what and bad service is this!!! they take your money and dont give a dam what happens to you, i trusted FNB but no more i will make sure everyone knows whats going on there!!!
