ID shows under parent's policy

Good morning

I made two requests for a call back for a quote. References: 20372344 and 20995824.
When I phoned the call centre just now, it shows that my details appear under my parent's policy and that my mum was called instead of me. What is the point of me putting my id number and cellphone number on the request if you are not going to use it? What is the point of my name and a comment indicating that I am independently asking for a quote?

Then when I ask for a quote, but I would like one at lunch time, says that I should have called at the exact moment that I wanted the quote. If you want new business, you make the call, not me, as you kno whow long those quotes take,

Very disappointed.
