I called outsurance in Feb for a quote unfortunately I didnt choose outsurance's quote. i have been busy with college and havnt had the time to check my bank statements until last week thursday were i had noticed that outsurance had been debiting the monthly premium they quoted me on, which is very upsetting because when i called outsurance for the quote i was unsure of what sort of polo i would be purchasing and had no registration number, I HAD NO CAR!! I will take part of the blame for handing out my banking details, i made it clear that i have to authorise the payment. I quickly called outsurance, were they cancelled my policy and refunded me the recent bit for may, (Thank you), futher to tell me that they will listen to my calls and call me within 48hours for feedback on the 2 other premiums they had already deducted. since Thursday nobody has called back and i had to call outsurance again this morning, this time all i wanted was the recorded calls i made, the lady was helpful and convinced me to wait an hour were she assured me they will send me what I need. This was at 9am it is now well pass 11am and still nothing. I HAVE BEEN AS POLITE AND AS PATIENT AS I CAN BE!!!
