On the 10th of June, 2013, I contacted outsurance requesting quote-I told the lady I had an existing policy for old car, tazz, with Miway and I have quote from them&First for Women, for new car, Hyundai, I was going to pick up new car in an hour, I asked for quote and asked if they would payR400 if they couldn't beat other quote. She said yes. The quote was higher than other quotes, I asked if I get the R400, she said no, you do not have the policy with the other company, only a quote. I reminded her of the conversation at the beginning and she just repeated the same excuse. Yesterday, the 12th of June, I receive a call from Sibho from outsurance, asking me whether I needed insurance. I told her about call with the lady on the 10th and she repeated that as it was a quote, the R400 didnt apply&apologised. When I asked to speak to the manager, she came back after a long while, andtook down all my details again (I could hear male telling her what to ask) gave me new quote-still didnt match. After much persuasion, manager came on line-it was a long horrible call where he maintained that the lady rectified her 'mistake'at the end. He was clearly covering up. It was as if he couldn't hea
