REFUNDS - UNDER DEBT REVIEW

Good day,

I have been sending numerous emails and faxes to Capitec bank regarding the deductions from myself and my husband's bank accounts, yesterday.
Deductions went off on Friday and we contacted their offices the same day & on Saturday as well - we were informed that the turnaround time for refunds are 24 hrs. We are under debt review (Holistix Debt Counsellors) and I never gave CAPITEC bank authority to deduct from my bank account; they normally debited my STD bank account. My husband went into the branch earlier this month and cancelled all his debit orders and provided them with proof of from the debt counsellors.
I contacted Capitec bank twice yesterday. Spoke to Nathan who keep on telling me about 3 days waiting period. I was put on hold for an half an hour or maybe even longer. They did not receive my faxes (3 faxes) to 0860111148 and 0860111145 - was told to sent it via email to [Email Removed] this was done - 3 emails was sent. No feedback received. Today I have sent 2 emails again - no feedback received.

This cannot tolerate this - BAD customer service.
My husband and myslef want to be refunded ASAP.
