ON THE 14TH OF FEBRUARY THIS YEAR MY WIFE BOUGHT ME A BRAND NEW BMW 3 SERIES SPORTS MODEL WHICH INCLUDE SUNROOF AND METALIC PAINT.THE SALES MAN OF BMW INFORMED US TO INSURE THE VEHICLE FIRST WHICH HAS TO BE DONE.BEING A CLIENT OF OUTSURANCE WHERE WE HAVE TEN VEHICLE OUR LIFE COVER OUR TWO OFFICE S AND HOME COVER WE ADDED THE BMW ON AS WELL .ON THE 12 APRIL 2013 I WENT TO FETCH MY DAUGHTER AT SCHOOL.WHILST STANDING STATIONARY A GENTLEMAN DRIVING @ ABOUT 130 KM IN A 80 KM ZONE SLAMS INTO ME FROM BEHIND, HIS EXCUSE WAS SORRY MY TRAILER WAS PUSHING ME I COULD NOT STOP IN TIME SAFETY BELT HELPED ME AND MY PASSENGER.THE VEHICLE WAS REMOVED TO PANNEL BEATERS AND WAS WRITTEN OFF.OUTSURANCE COMES BACK TO ME THE AGENTS NAME IS MOSES HE EXPLAINT THAT OUTSURANCE WILL PAY BUT THERE IS A SHORTFALL OF PLUS MINUS 14000.00 RANDS WHICH I HAVE TO PAY MYSELF TO BMW BECAUSE THEY CANT PAY FOR THE METALIC PAINT AND SUNROOF .WHEN I INSURED THE CAR WITH OUTSURACE THEY NEVER ASKED THESE QUESTIONS THEY SHOULD KNOW THAT BMW, MERC BENZ, AUDI AND OTHER MAKES OF EXCLUSIVE CARS COMES WITH SUNROOF OR SHOULD WE EXPLAIN TO THEM WHAT SPORTS MODEL MEANS, OUTSUANCE SHOULD GIVE AGENTS PROPER TRAINING IM VERY UNHAPPY.
