I had never received my Policy document from this company and was always wondering what had happened.
On checking my profile today, Jeanette discovered that my email was spelled incorrectly and rectified that. Now, I have my Proof of Cover and my policy document in a flash. She is so freindly and keeps an excellent attitude.
