Nedbank refuses to refund me my money that was in their atm's, saying the incident took place in my area, so that means i took the money, and i asked them for proof, and they are failing to provide me with one, they say i recieved notification for the transactions, which i never did, and they say their Atm's have Camera's, i asked them to send me that footage showing me doing those transactions, but so far no one is willing to come back to me, all they telling me is that i m not getting my money back, last weekend again on the 27/28 of April an amount of between R900-1000 was in my account, i m not going to even try to lodge a complaint on this one, i just want them to refund me my R1100 thAt is in question right now, so that i can close this account, i've been with Nedbank for more than 15years, and their service lately is HORRIFIC, and i hope other customers are treated as badly as i've been treated by a bank that i have been loyal to for over a decade, your interference into this matter will be highly appreciated.
