WRONG ADVICE AND THREATENING CALLS AND SMS

85197741965 AND 85190123920 THESE ARE MY TWO WESBANK ACCOUNTS WHICH ARE IN ARREARS. WHEN I CHANGED MY BANKING DETAILS I SPOKE TO A WESBANK CONSULTANT TO CHANGE MY ACCOUNT NUMBERS AND ADVISED HER THAT THE ACCOUNT IS IN ARREARS. SHE TOLD ME NOT TO STRESS ABOUT IT SHE'LL CHANGE MY ACCOUNT NUMBER AND THE PAYMENT DATE AND MY NEXT PAYMENT WILL BE ON THE 12TH OF APRIL AND THEY'LL MOVE MY CONTRACT DUE DATE TO A MONTH LATER SO FINE I THOUGHT EVERYTHING IS FINE TILL THEY SHARTED GETTING THE COLLECTION GUYS TO CALL ME I SEND THEM THE RECORDING OF THAT GIRL AS AND WHEN THE CALL THEY TELL ME THE'LL LISTEN TO THE RECORDING AND COME BACK TO NO ONE COMES BACK TO ME AND NOW THEY AREW SENDING THREATENING SMS. TELLING ME THEY'LL FORCE DERBIT ME WITH THEIR NEADO SYSTEM. IM PLANNING TO ALSO TALK TO THE BANKING OMBUDSMAN ABOUT THIS MATTER. IM NOT TREATED WELL AS A CLIENT
