We have two accounts with Wesbank, one being for a bakkie and the other for a motorcycle.
After an enquiry with Wesbank, we found out that the motorcycle was paid up sometime last year ie:2012 though payments have continued from my side until the end of October 2013. We have received absolutely no communication from Wesbank to indicate that the account was paid up and they refuse to send a statement of our accounts to me.
The pick-up account has a small amount owing and Wesbank is threatening me with legal action despite the fact that they owe me more money than I owe them!
I have to date sent four emails with details and a request to resolve this matter and not one has been responded to.
The acute lack of interest from staff when confronted with these facts and the endless buck passing is beyond unprofessional. No one seems to have the skills or capacity to rectify the mistake THAT WESBANK HAS MADE!
I want this matter resolved with URGENCY and note that I will be posting a complaint to the Facebook FNB page.
This is in fact criminal action on behalf of Wesbank.
