My account at wesbank has been in arrear and i'm trying to restructure the account so that if possible the arrears can be spread over the term of the contract, but theres a certain lady who keep on calling me and threatening me to a point that i feel like a criminal, her name is jenette viljoen. i have already paid 50% of my arrears and am will to settle the debt. they say my installment is on the 15 of wvery month but since i opened my account in 2009 i have never paid the account on the15 its always month end. i am willing and want to service the dedt to maturity but i'm being treated like a criminal.
