Unacceptable and obtrusive marketing by Wesbank

Last couple of days I've been getting phone calls from blocked numbers. When I answer, all I hear is a recording by Wesbank being played back to me. This is HIGHLY obtrusive. I've walked out of important meetings to take a call that I thought could be important only to hear this Wesbank add. I did not agree to be the recipient of this type of marketing. I did not give Wesbank permission to target me with this type of lazy, rude and inconsiderate marketing. The recording doesn't even state a number to call to opt out. What the is Wesbank thinking? I've lost a lot of respect for Wesbank. This move is rude and arrogant. They need to stop this immediately.
