Hang up on me, while I was still on a call

Hello Peter

Around 15H15 to I visited Campus Squere Nedbank without my ID documentations and passed by a helpful lady who does the personal loans. My query was about starting to pay the loan as I was personal financial problems and how I could about making an arrengement with them. She then referred me and contact to the client services department putting on the phone which they then referred to collections depart to Speak to the lady by the manele, just not sure. Asking her about the procedure she then spoke to me rudely and told me that my account is with the debt cousellors of Nedbank, I could hear that she was not interested in assisting me. She just decided to shout out to me the numbers I should contact and hangup on me like nothing. Nedbank has a good reputation as people talk about it but with the behaviour portrate by the lady in collections department No. 0860103116 #2, I feel like closing my banking account with them. First she does not explain why the referred me to debt counselling and put me through, instead she being rude and not considerate, I am the one owing them here and would like to start paying. If you could assist and get the lady to call me I would apprecia
