I am in urgent need of a vehicle registration document, of which the finance was paid off over a year ago. I phone the call centre (0860 669 669) were you can request them to post the document to you.
Firstly I choose Afrikaans but no one is able to accommodate me and then the person on the line tells me she can't send me the document because its at the legal department.
When I phoned them this morning they said they don't have anything like that and referred me back to the first number. This is now how many calls later and no one seems to be able to help me. This is a very urgent matter as I am busy buying a new car.
