Lack of Customer Service& Waitingtime: 65minutes

I hav lodged a complaint in FNB Melville's branch complaintbook about the waitingtime in that branch, more especially at month end. Today i attended again and spend my entire lunch hour waiting inline to be assisted, i only got assissted after 60minutes, then they took 5minutes refusing to take my application. I dont receive any post at my residential address, all posts (incl bankstatements) go into my postbox. I also bank with nedbank, so FNB Cresta advised me to get a bank stamped client profile from nedbank showing my residential address, which i did. Then i had to attend a meeting in melville&after the meeting attended FNB Melville to open my account. This branch refused to accept my nedbank stamped client profile with my residential address, saying they need a statement from nedbank not a client profile. I told FNB my bank statements show my po box number&that my residential address is shown only on the client profile. FNB still refused to accept the proof eventhough it was stamped&confirmed by another bank as they told me to!
Im annoyed that after doing what FNB advised me to do&waitin 60min to be assisted, they still refused to open me an account, what double-standards& waste of my day!
