I've logged an complaint with Hello Peter on the 17th of April 2013. Today it's the 29th of April 2013 and still no response. A lady called Lee-Ann Davids informed me that someone by the name of Roxanne Pridgeon will contact me within two working days, but up to date, absolutely nothing happened. What is wrong with Capitec's customer service? Letting a client wait for almost two weeks and still no response! That's utterly disgusting! I've banked with them for more than 5 years now and if this is the type of service I'm receiving than I will say thanks but no thanks. Other banks can treat me better. I'd rather pay more and receive better customer service than pay less and receive no service at all! Capitec disappoints me big time.
