After being assured by Lee-Ann Davids on the 25th April 2013 that I would be contacted by Jennine Seholaba within 2 working days I am still waiting!
Please could I urgently have a response to my previous complaint which entailed the following:

"To say the least I am a VERY unhappy and unsatisfied customer! for the SECOND time in a row capitec is attempting to debit my account the day before my salary is paid into my account.

The promises I received when approached to consolidate my debt with Capitec have not been honoured!

I made it very clear that i had faced this issue before and was reluctant however I was assured that I would not have the problem going forward.

You are not only costing me money with bank charges but you are also affecting my credit record which goes against my rights as a customer.

I would like this matter resolved IMMEDIATELY please, failure to action such will result in me taking this matter forward legally.

The service received inside the bank is great I just wish Capitec would sort out there accounting side of the business, if they can get this right they will quickly become one of the Top Banks but for now I wouldnt recommend them to my worst e
