Thank you so much Roxanne Pridgeon, you have solved what the Branch Manager at Bayside Mall in Table view said was impossible and banking rules don't allow that. Capitec bank should clone you and they will never be complaints about them in this site ever again. You are so Customer Care focused, Efficient and Competent so well done. If Capitec employs more of you, banking with them would be so worth it.
