She (if she actually exists) came back again with this variation of the meaningless placeholder "response":

Interesting to note that the "within two days" promised the first time round has become "as soon as possible". Well, another 10 days have passed and apparently we haven't reached "as soon as possible".

A few months ago I tried to persuade our char to open a Capitec account so I could transfer her pay more immediately. She looked into it and came back with an FNB account! Why? Because Capitec's reputation in her community is such that she (and her peers) would rather pay FNB's higher rates - and wait for clearance on their pay - than endure the frustration of dealing with Capitec. I was perplexed then. I understand fully now.
