Best Service in the Banking Industry

I would like to compliment Capitec with its excellent service! I previously banked with Nedbank and ABSA, but constantly had issues with them - usually because of fees which were deducted which were unauthorised or not receiving feedback on queries I had. I am a customer of Capitec for just over a year now and without any problems!!! When I need to physically go into the bank, I am always assisted quickly and efficiently. Even the staff at their Call Centre knows what they are doing. It is so refreshing to receive the good service what we pay for... and amazingly enough - Capitec's fees are less than the banks where I previously were. (At one of the banks I paid a lot of money to have the "benefit" of having a personal banker... the personal banker himself were no help at all and I had to in any case do everything myself otherwise nothing would happen.) Now I'm with a bank who doesn't have personal bankers, they just do what they are supposed to do and it words great!
