I resigned from my company at the end of April 2013. The withdrawal forms for the Pension fund were completed and submitted to ABSA early in May 2013.
Despite numerous mails to Mr Alberts at ABSA, there has been no response regards the progress on my withdrawal from the Pension Fund.
Contacting these offices by telephone is also not possible as, according to Telkom, the numbers have changed and the new numbers are not available. The ABSA call centre have provided a number that is also no longer in service.

This is appalling service and I would appreciate it if somebody from ABSA would kindly contact me to advise the progress on my withdrawal that was applied for 2 months ago.
