I Retired from Telkom at the end of April 2013 .I am dissapointed with the way my pension payout is handled. On 2 occasions calling the call centre the standard answer was that no firm payout date can be confirmed due to backlogs. This morning the answer was that it will happen by the end of July, again no firm date. My contact details was even incomplete on your system on my first call. I find this totally unacceptable from a company like Old Mutual. My Ref numbers as follows. S000328D and A084702B and the instruction very clear. R 33 285.00 as a lump sum and the balance as a monthly pension. I would appreciate some urgent feedback. Calling your call centre is a total waste of time. Colleagues who submitted their claims on the same date as mine has received payouts 2 weeks ago already.
