BAD SERVICE!! I WANT TO MOVE TO STEVE'S BANK!!

I have been with FNB over 10 years! My identity got over gmail. The retrieved my banking details from my gmail. They tried to withdraw money for 2 weeks everyday somewhere in a small town in Russia or something - bank didn't pick this up as! Then I placed all my accounts on hard hold - and asked that my salary can still be paid in and that my debit orders should go off. My salary bounced back, I went into bank AGAIN to organize that my salary can get paid in. bounced back again - This happened 3 times with me going into bank every time! My money still isn't in since last month 25th. No accounts have been paid and all my accounts charged me interest on behind payments. Who is going to pay for all of this?? ME!! NOW THEY HAVE SEND MY NEW CARD TO SAMMY MARKS AND I ASKED FOR MELVILLE. I had to unblock my account to get my salary in, but they don't know how to unblock my internet banking. The person who helped me didn't even know what telephone banking was and couldn't unblock that neither. I asked them never to send anything to my gmail again, guess what - they send all my incontact to my new gmail!!! WHERE IS STEVE!! I WANT TO MOVE TO HIS BANK!!
