Musaab Franks is simply remarkable, I phoned the FNB cell banking call centre on Sunday 28/4 with a problem Musaab was polite, sympathetic and what's amazing is that he really wanted to do all he could to help me, I have called with similar problems and received a brush off, Sorry I can't help you must go to your Branch they can help
When he said Sir, let me see what I can do to help you, it may be difficult and I may not be able to help but I will try my best, I knew that I had hit the jackpot... I wish all FNB contact consultants had the dedication that Musaab has, good service is Exceeding the Customers Expectations. And he did that.people like Musaab make up the backbone of a company, and are a valuable asset.
Thanks for your help Musaab all payments were made on time.
