Std Bank should re evalute staff compentency level

I went in the branch on Tuesday to change my internet banking limits to R15000 as I needed to make some payments. Ravi Rampath informed me that I cannot be assisted as "the Standard Bank Policy" states that you can only increase your limit to the amount that is in your account and that Standard Bank does not have the same platform as other banks. I informed Ravi that other branches has assisted with a temporary limit he still denied my request and worked out an average of funds on my chq acc eventually after much deliberation he said he would grant me a limit of R11000. The next day when I wanted to do my payments I discovered that the latter in fact was not amended and that the old limit still applied. I then went back to the branch to close my chq acc, to transfer the available funds to another Std Bank chq acc. After asking the consultant 3 times whether the funds have cleared, I have now discovered that its still not cleared after 3 days??? I called Ravi this morning to investigate and he agreed to make it a priority. Malcolm at Sandton branch is great and helped me off the word go, I hope he is recognised Cleary Std Bank Sandtoncit y doesn't take pride in customer satisfaction
