BAD SERVICE -NOT WILLING TO HELP THEIR OWN CLIENTS

We recently applied for a house loan at ABSA which me and my husband banks with since we could open our first bank account when we were both still teenagers, hoping that because we supported them for so long they would be the bank most willing to help us out, astonishingly they take their time to get back to you with an answer in the first place and then they still decline you "for not having a deposit" and "Insufficient Cash flow, " which they didnt even once asked us if we had a deposit which we did have infact, I mean if a bank is there to help people and when you go to them for help and they dont then why bank with them??? Anycase I think that ABSA service has really degraded and we came right with Standard Bank which is not even our bank so thank you Standard Bank for actually giving us a chance, you will now be getting 2 new customers with a smile, its also funny to me that Standard Bank approves us but ABSA dont??? hmmm where is the "insufficient cash flow" now???
