Nedbanks system and debit order updates

I changed jobs last year october... my pay day among other things changed. like a responsible account holder i called nedbank who currently finance my house and wesbank who finance my car to ask them to change this. Wesbank did it with no problem but after 3 calls to home finance in nedbank and 6 months later my wife just told me they still try to debit my account on my old pay day. i just called them now to try and have it changed AGAIN and their system is offline... nothing can be done. sounds alot like beep bank to me.
