I have called Nedbank twice to change my banking details. I was promised that me details would be changed as I have changed banks. Still not changed I had even emailed Cheryl and Lisette to have this changed. I guess service is not priority anymore. If I had been in an accident would they cover if the payment bounced no. And now my bank is sitting in debit because of someone's incompetence. Can someone at Nedbank sort their incompetent staff out and well as reimburse me for the inconvenience caused. As my bank account is sitting in debit as a result of Nedbank.
