I'm very Disspointed with the whole group

I would just like to say how dissapointed and upset i am with the whole FNB Card and Wesbank Vech finance depts. I just got in a much better financial posistion and i've paid thousands to remove all the stuff from ITC. Once it was all cleared i had to start building up a credit profile. I applied for a credit card, FNB says NO, and the agent Sydlow Zinn was no help at all. Thank you Nedbank for giving me a R20 000 limit credit card to get me started to build my Credit profile and for listening to my story. I also needed a new car, Wesbank says NO, thank you so much Absa for approving my R201 000 finance and understanding i'm more then just a ID number in a system. It such a dissapoinment after being with FNB from 2004 that i'm treated like this. It's really hurtfull. Absa and Nedbank took the time to look at my docuents that i had and not just give me a repsone of " THE COMPUTER SAYS NO" as FNB did. Me as one person leaving coz i'm not happy wont affect you, but just remember in my thousand of unhappy cliets, we can close down companies. I'm not wanting any response from FNB, i would just like you to know how i feel abt the bank that i've been supporting for almost a decade.
