It seems Nedbank is "beep" bank

I realized that there would be a few months of 2012 where I would struggle to pay all my accounts. I contacted Nedbank and informed them of the situation, asking for help. Nothing! I then phoned Nedbank again, speaking to the homeloan department to see if there was any way in which I could hold off paying my homeloan account for a few months, to then catch up again when things stabilized. I was told that Nedbank does not do bridging finance. I left it and (granted) the debit orders were returned a few times. Then I get a lawyers letter for foreclosure on my house. I phoned Nedbank and finally got some joy, as the lady then told me that I could pay a lump sum and then catch up all arrears in 6 months. I paid the sum and am sticking to the agreements. I then get a call in November 2012 saying that Nedbank is revoking my facility. I dispute this with Mosima and she says she will get back to me, maybe we could reduce it monthly. Then in January, without any further communication my facilities are revoked completely! I have made 7 phone calls and have had no feedback! It seems Nedbank is going for the jugular? No communication, no service, who cares, Nedbank YOU are the "beep" bank
