Bad service. Condesenting attitude

Yesterday, 25 April 2013, I went to Capitec, Randburg Centre branch. My personal loan had been debited twice, again, and I had to get this reversed and try to change the date my debit goes through. I was there after 5pm and the guy who helped me (pity I didn't get his name), consultant 6, was trying to assist me as best as he could. When he failed, he asked for help from Consultant 7, some female who's attitude was appalling. Instead of giving me proper service, she was patronizing and practically told me that nothing can be done to help me and that I must just live with coming to the bank every month to reverse the second debit. She then said if I have a problem with it, I should feel free to move my money elsewhere. I have never felt so belittled from someone who was supposed to be helping me find a solution. Her friend who had 'door duty' was just as bad. I didn't need that attitude. The contract I signed says my debits must go through on the 25th, only to find out that they have the 24th on their system. I get paid on the 25th!! What's the point of signing a contract then??
