Claim not paid

I have a primary health hospital plan that i have held from 2007. I pay all my premiums and have never put in a claim. I got sick this year and sent through a claim. They asked for documentation which i sent and have been waiting 2 months with no response, not even a phone call.
The premiums are still being deducted from my account, but none seems to know what's happening with my claim
