Took out a hospital plan 3 years ago, paid all premiums to date .was hospitalized in August first week for 7 days, lodged a claim mid August they claim 14 days turn around time! What bull have called and just get call reference numbers the calls have already cost the equivalent on the pay out very dissatisfied by the way am still waiting, they ask for all details @every call but still they remain silent! I wonder if this was a big claim, I think it would take 5 years to get a response.
