Hello Peter I took a hospital plan from clientele in December 2012. It was explained to me that waiting period for me to claim is six months, but after I have paid my first premium I am covered immidiately for accident.
On the 24 of April 2013 my pregnant wife had a car accident, and was hospitalised for 3days. Now clientelle refuses to accept my claim, they say she was supposed to be in hospital for more than 3 days.
I feel betrayed as they sold me this policy based on.
I want clientele to keep up to its promise and pay what is due to me, as I have never missed payment on my premiums.
