Outsurance dont bend over backwards

Last year I was using my car to travel to clients every second day so the consultant listed it as 7 to 20 days business use. When I started travelling everyday, I phoned outsurance to change it to full business use and my premium did not change.

I then started looking for a new car and phoned them for a quote on the new car. When I told them that it is full business use, the consultant said that that differs on my current cover. The consultant then told me that if I do not take the new car my premium on the old car will go up R250 because I did not update my details.

Go listen to your recordings! Every time I phoned I made sure the consultant knew it was for full business use, and I phoned almost every 2 months to update details.

Outsurance defiantly don't bend over backwards for anyone!! I have cancelled my insurance with them and so have all my family and friends, I wont be recommending Outsurance to anyone!!!
