It is interesting that Outsurance advertise how they bend over backwords to make their customers lives easire/better and give them better service!!! but do they really do this???
As a customer with them for 7 months who has given them no issues, a single change of risk address brought about a more than R400 hike in my insurance premium!!!
There was bearly an effort to maintain my previous premium nor an effort to reduce further... on comparison with another insurer my premium was reduced drastically and so yes i have changed insurers!!! hello and thank you First for Women!!!
upon cancellation we're put on hold and no effort made to retain you as a customer!!! you sure do bend over backwards don't you!!!
